You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Canada to use ListMarket. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

ListMarket may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts involved in scams, harassment, or repeated policy violations.

You may post items for sale, trade, or rent. You agree to:

• Provide accurate titles, descriptions, prices, and photos.
• Only list items you own and have the right to sell.
• Set fair and honest prices without misleading buyers.
• Remove or mark listings as sold once the item is no longer available.

ListMarket reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law, without notice.

You may not list any item that is illegal in Canada, including but not limited to:

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
• Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.
• Counterfeit or stolen goods.
• Alcohol, tobacco, or cannabis.
• Prescription medications.
• Live animals.
• Personal data or identity documents.

A full list of prohibited items is maintained on the platform. ListMarket may update this list at any time.

ListMarket is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. ListMarket does not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee transactions. All payments and exchanges happen in person between you and the other party.

ListMarket is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any item. You transact entirely at your own risk.

You may message other users through the platform to discuss listings. You agree to communicate respectfully and honestly. Harassment, threats, spam, and attempts to move users off-platform for fraudulent purposes are prohibited.

After sufficient conversation, you may leave a review of a seller. Reviews must be honest and based on your genuine experience. Retaliatory or fake reviews are prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or scam listings.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Use ListMarket to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Attempt to circumvent platform safety or moderation systems.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Scrape or collect user data through the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you post, including photos and descriptions. By posting, you grant ListMarket a license to display your content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You must not post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

ListMarket is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the reliability of other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any loss arising from a transaction with another user.

Our total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, to use the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold ListMarket harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time. ListMarket may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which ListMarket operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of ListMarket after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
